ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHER

Lorenzo De Nicola (1991) is a photographer and architect based in Barcelona.

He studied at the Universitat Politècnica de València and the University of Florence, where he graduated in Architecture in 2016. He has worked as an architect in various studios in Amsterdam and Barcelona, the city where he is based since 2017. In 2023, he attended an academic course in Architectural Photography at the IEFC.

Since 2021, he has begun his professional career as an architectural photographer.

He has made works on a wide range of projects, including public buildings, iconic buildings, multi-family housing, single-family homes, and interior renovation projects.

He has worked for prominent architects both nationally and internationally, including BCQ Arquitectes, Estudio Verna, SUMA Arquitectura, and for important institutions and entities such as the Pompeu Fabra University, and the University of Architecture of Zaragoza, with which he has been selected to collaborate on the project MUWO.

In addition to works done under commission, he has developed a personal authorial photography side, with projects focused on street photography and urban landscapes. As a co-founder of the Analog Photography Collective "24-36," he has exchanged experiences and participated in numerous collective and solo exhibitions in Barcelona since 2021.
